Vocarium is operated by Babur Aydogan ("we", "us"). These terms form the agreement between you and Babur Aydogan for your use of the Vocarium website and app (the "Service"). Questions about these terms go to hello@vocarium.app.
By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement in your country, or that a parent or guardian consents on your behalf.
Vocarium is a vocabulary review and flashcard application. It provides spaced repetition scheduling, folders and sets, imports, reading passages, practice tests, study groups and related learning tools. Some features are available only on a paid plan.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
You keep ownership of the sets, cards, notes and other content you create. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, back up, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, and to display it publicly where you choose to share it. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload or import.
We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation and any content we supply such as curated readings and tests. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices are displayed at checkout and may include tax depending on your location. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduling, translations, generated exercises or dictionary suggestions will always be correct. Features may change, and we may add, modify or discontinue parts of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from content you upload or share, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we will warn you first. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
When your account ends, your content may be deleted or anonymised as described in our privacy policy. Export your data before deleting your account if you want to keep it.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
